The Phalogenics Traction programme is entirely online. Once you pay and sign up, you become a member. You will receive a welcome email as well as a receipt. The Quick Start Guide
In about 5 minutes Phalogenics quick start guide will get you ready with an overview of the growth that is about to come.
The focus is on a technique called Jelqing (shrooming). They provide you with a detailed description of how you will do it, how it works and what it is through complete Phalogenics exercises free video instructions.
They also point out some of the potential dangers and side effects that can happen with Jelqing, so you know what to expect. They have also discussed the suggested lubricants. The programme consists of Phalogenics pdfs and videos to help members in their quest to get a larger penis.
The Phalogenics exercise guide is the backbone of this programme. It is the manual for how you should conduct the exercises. It is broken down three levels. They are beginners, intermediate as well as advanced.
Beginners Section
It consists of weeks 1 to 4
Week One
During the first week, you will be taught how to warm up, wet mil or jelq for ten minutes before doing a routine for cooling down.
Week Two and Three
The second-week involves side to side stretch exercise. It works just the way it sounds. You'll repeat this exercise for the whole week.
Week Four
You will begin to see changes. Your penis starts to become bigger when erected. Kegal exercise is introduced.
Week 5
It follows a similar protocol of the previous week, but you increase the reps by 20 percent.
Intermediate Section is from weeks 5 to 8. The advanced section starts from week 9 to 12.
